Terms and Conditions

Effective Date: April 2026

1. Services

Mass Web Design provides web design, development, hosting, SEO, AI and digital marketing services.

2. Quotations & Scope

All quotes are based on agreed requirements.

Any additional work outside the agreed scope will be quoted separately.

3. Payment Terms

• 50% deposit required before work begins
• Remaining balance due prior to project completion or launch
• Late payments may incur additional charges

4. Project Timelines

Timelines are estimates and depend on client feedback and approvals.

Delays in client response may impact delivery dates.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients must:

• Provide accurate content and assets
• Ensure they have rights to all materials supplied
• Review and approve work in a timely manner

6. Intellectual Property

All work remains the property of Mass Web Design until full payment is received.

Upon full payment, ownership transfers to the client, excluding third-party assets (e.g. fonts, stock images, plugins).

7. Third-Party Services

We may use third-party tools and services.

We are not responsible for outages, changes, or issues caused by third-party providers.

8. Hosting & Maintenance

Where hosting or maintenance is provided:

• Services are billed annually unless agreed otherwise
• Renewal fees apply
• Clients must provide notice to cancel

9. Liability

Mass Web Design is not liable for:

• Loss of business, revenue, or data
• Website downtime
• Third-party failures

All services are provided “as is” without guarantees.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate services if terms are breached.

11. Changes

We may update these terms at any time.
